Accounts Payable Supervisor (300)

- First-line supervisor of professionals engaged in financial analysis activities such as budget variance analysis, capital budgeting and cash management.

- Supervises day-to-day activities including coordination and administration of assignments. - Provides guidance to staff analysts.

- Responsible for accurate, timely and thorough processing of invoices, assisting other team members with the resolution of more complex transactions

- Processes routine transactions as time permits

- Responsible for timely and accurate payment processing, payment proposal editing, check printing and submitting of wire transfer requests

- Develop and document AP procedures in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley controls

- Manage Business Expense Report process

- Verifies and reports 1099 and other regulatory information

- Generates and reconciles month end accounts payable reportsRequired Skills



- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or related field; will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and WordRequired Experience



- 5 years Accounts Payable or related experience
