Responsible for general office and Senior Executive administrative support in a fast paced regional sales office.Position Responsibilities Timely and professional handling of incoming and outgoing communication. Facilitate the accurate completion of letters and memos for internal associates, customers and provide for external communication. Ensure the timely and accurate execution of various sales reports. Assist with the coordination and timely completion of presentation material using Microsoft Power Point, Word, and/or Excel. Lead event planning and meeting execution. Support all customer inquiries in a timely manner. Arrange travel expenses, including air fare, hotel, and meeting rooms with the best-cost alternative. Manage the utilization and ordering of office supplies Assist with the accurate and timely completion of BER where required. Assist with the deduction reports and accurate submissions of invoices to be paid where required. Develop and insure superior customer relationships with outside vendors and customers. Manage the accounts payable process for the office.Position Qualifications A minimum Associates degree and or 5 years relevant work experience in a similar sales office environment. Must demonstrate Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook expertise. Must have well-developed organizational, communication and time management skills.
