Administrative Dietitian

Brown Dining Services is looking for a full-time Administrative Dietitian to lead the menu-planning process for dining operations, provide nutrition expertise for student customers, and to play a leadership role in evaluating and improving the dining program at Brown.  More information about BDS can be found at www.brown.edu/food

 Requirements: Bachelor's  Degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics or related field;  American Dietetic Association registration or eligibility; knowledge of food production methodologies, food costs, and current food trends; excellent organizational skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent customer relations skills; and, skill at working effectively w/a diverse constituency. Preference will be given to  candidates with experience with CBORD Food Service Suite, and experience in university or institutional food service.
