Jamba Juice is looking for  Assistant General Managers (AGMs). 

 


Primary Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Supervise team members when functioning as manager on duty.

• Serve as a role model by demonstrating the behaviors of the Building Blocks and lead the team to deliver them consistently on every shift.

• Effectively plan, communicate, delegate, follow-up and provide coaching and feedback to Team Members.

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all cash handling and safety policies are upheld.

• Provide feedback to management staff about Team member, customer and vendor relations, safety issues and day-to-day aspects of the business.

• Assist management in training all team members. Provide support to ensure all Team Members comply with the store systems and standards.

• Lift 30 – 40 lbs. regularly throughout a 4-8 hour shift.

• Effective written and communication skills

• Possesses the ability to lead, coach and motivate others.

• Proficient conflict management

Position Requirements:

  ·  Experience in food services or a fast paced retail company 

·  Working knowledge of MS Office
