Dierbergs Markets, a family owned grocery retailer based in Chesterfield, MO, is currently seeking a qualified School of Cooking Assistant Manager to join our team.

 Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer serviceAssist with management of daily operations of the cooking schoolAssist with supervision of Kitchen AssistantsDevelop and teach a variety of cooking classes for adults and children at multiple locationsDevelop and test recipes for a variety of end usesWork with manager to source new ideas for instructors and cooking classesWork with manager to move cooking school forwardAssist with TV and photography production and food styling

 QualificationsBS/Home Economics with a Food and Nutrition emphasis, RD, or equivalent culinary degreeExperience teaching cooking classesExcellent customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with great attention to detailAbility to take initiative and be self motivatedAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyInnovative and creative in approachFood styling experience
