Assistant Manager in Production

Your to do list:

 Make daily decisions regarding time management, staff scheduling and support, upholding company standards, product quality and cleanliness standardsExercise excellent judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor managementTeach and motivate team members to maintain high quality standards; train new production member in processes and proceduresPerform shipping and receiving of ordersPerform daily inventory analysisSupport the management team and assist with the execution of all company initiatives and policies

 

Your skills and experience:

·         2-3 years retail warehouse experience

·         Effective oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work as part of a team; strong team building and problem-solving skills

·         Bilingual in English and Spanish a must

·         Fork lift and pallet jack experience

·         Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
