Bakery Admin/Order Entry/Customer Service 40 hrs/wk $11-13/hr

Baked in the Sun is a fast-growing wholesale bakery company in San Marcos, CA. We sell our bakery products to hundreds of chain and independent coffee houses throughout Southern California. We are currently seeking a new member of our team for customer service/order processing. Candidates must be mature, professional, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with attention to accuracy and detail. Opportunity for advancement.  This is an entry level position.  Paid vacation after 1 year of employment.  No health benefits.  Staring pay $11-13/hour.



Responsibilities include:

·  Customer service

·  Daily order entry operations and processing of invoices

·  Answering phones

·  Data entry

·  Filing

·  Special projects and general office tasks

 

 

Candidate must have:

·  Some knowledge of Word, and Outlook.

·  Ability to quickly become proficient at in-house industry software 

·  Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

·  Desire to work in a fast-paced growing company and gain responsibility

·  Desire to work with customers and assist in their needs
