Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Sanitation Manager

Bloomfield Bakers is a growing and successful food manufacturer in Southern California.  We produce a wide variety of quality products including cereals, cookies, crackers, bars, & mixes.  Bloomfield Bakers is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ralcorp Holdings, Inc., a Fortune 1000 company.

 

We have an immediate opening for a Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Sanitation Manager (1st Shift) at our Azusa facility.  We are looking for an individual who enjoys challenges & is willing to learn and grow with our great company. 

 

 

Successful candidate will be responsible for:

 Managing all aspects of the Plant Sanitation Program Developing, maintaining, and evaluating sanitation operating procedures Ensuring a safe food supply and a clean & sanitary work place People and team development Directly supervising staff of 9 employees and indirectly supervising 50+ sanitation workers (all shifts) Training employees in personal safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.  

 

 

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for position:

 High School Education minimum; College Degree preferred 5+ year’s experience as a Sanitation Manager in food manufacturing Computer literate (Word, Excel, E-mail) Required Bi-lingual (English – Written and Verbal and Spanish - Verbal) Extensive Knowledge in Food Safety Programs (AIB)Certified Pest Control Operator a plus
