Business Services Internship Program: Miami, FL

The Business Services division of ARAMARK provides a wide range of food, facility, and other support services to more than 500 clients in business and industry, at more than 1,400 locations in the U.S.  ARAMARK offers Fortune 500 companies and other large and small employers a single-source provider for employee cafés, executive dining rooms, catering, convenience stores, conference center management, and facility management. ARAMARK Business Services is looking for professional leaders committed to providing our customers with unique solutions, outstanding variety, and healthy menu choices to improve the overall well-being and productivity of client locations. As a Business Services intern, you will work in one of our business dining locations. You will receive training and perform duties necessary to become familiar with both the operations, serve in a supervisory capacity and conduct management functions including inventory, ordering, customer service, managing employees and delegatring responsibility.This internship will help you acquire the basic knowledge and skills needed to start a successful career with ARAMARK after graduation.   Ideal candidates will be working towards a Bachelor's degree (a degree in Culinary, Hospitality or Business Administration is preferred) and at least 1 year of service and/or supervisory experience (internship experience is preferred). Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills are required. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, client's customers, and support staff. Ability to respond effectively to changing demands. Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable. Positions may require flexibility for event-based hours, which may include nights and weekends.
