CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS MANAGER

This is an outdoors person’s paradise offering hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, canoeing, camping, off road and golf.  CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS MANAGER Implements plans and policies to comply with regulations relating to environmental control and is the lead resource in providing regulatory guidance, environmental permits and engineering projects to insure compliance.   Work with local and state and federal governments (policy development) and community groups (good neighbor).  ·  Integrates environmental issues into business operating practices and decisions, and provides direction, assistance and support to factory management. ·  Works with corporate and factory management in developing and implementing environmental strategic plans and goals. ·  Assists factory management in identifying roles and responsibilities of personnel in the factory, develops and provides training to employees, and helps evaluate factory programs and initiates audits. ·  Works with consultants and factory personnel to resolve problems, develop solutions and implement projects to treat wastewater, reduce odors, control air pollution and manage waste products. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as an Environmental Affairs Manager for a  Ag processing plant, brewery, paper mill or similar manufacturing facility.  · Engineering or Chemistry degree· Strong communication, organization and leadership skills. A very competitive compensation, benefit and relocation package is offered.  TO APPLY Attach your resume to an email addressed esearch@mchsi.com .  Include a daytime contact number MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
