Clinical Dietitian II

Thomas Jefferson University Hospital has a newly created position for a registered dietitian for the solid organ transplant program. The Clinical Dietitian works closely with the interdisciplinary health care team to improve the nutritional status of transplant patients.

Primary responsibilities include:
Providing medical nutrition therapy, nutrition support, and nutrition education to inpatient and outpatient transplant recipients. Participation in health care team rounds, and education of medical residents and interns.


To qualify:Applicants must be a Registered Dietitian, a member of the American Dietetic Association, and licensed in the State of PA (LDN). BS in nutrition required, MS degree preferred. CNSD preferred. 5 years experience to include: acute care and critical care/nutrition support
