Commissary Support Manager (Retail Manager)

You will assist in planning, directing, and coordinating commissary activities in order to deliver products to customers within the facility/site. Responsibilties include: P&L management, merchandising, purchasing, inventory control, safety, sanititation and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing an hourly staff. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years industry experience as well as the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer relationships. Previous retail and customer service experience preferred. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable. Knowledge of accounting, staffing & scheduling, sanitation and safety is required. Previous production and merchandising experience is desired. Local candidates prefered.
