Consumer Food Product Lab Lead

P&K Market Research company in Chicago, IL seeks Lab Leads for their consumer food products lab kitchen. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel.  Have very good communication and literate skill. City of Chicago Sanitation Certification preferred. Work Skills: must have qualitative and quantitative skills and be very detailed. Must be familiar with food preparation and sanitation procedures. Must be able to relate to all levels of staff, clients and respondents. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and written with all levels of staff and clients. Have the ability to multi-task as well work independently under minimal supervision. Have a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees and elicit work output. Must have the ability to speak in front of large or small groups studies. Responsibilities: Interact with all laboratory staff and field services to assure that assignments are conducted properly including test area set-up and clean-up, proper preparation and handling of test samples and proper checking and editing of rating forms. Gather all necessary tools and supplies for tests. Procure product and materials necessary for tests. Assure that test subjects properly complete questionnaires. Implement product testing at field services to assure that assignments are conducted properly. Provide instruction and supervision of lab techs on project implementation.
