The Hershey Company is seeking a contract recruiter to support positions in Operations (IT, Engineering, Manufacturing) and Corporate HR, Finance, and Audit. This role recruits candidates for open positions within The Hershey Company's US salaried workforce as well as hourly interns. Responsibilities would include ensuring execution of the recruitment process working in conjunction with the Corporate Staffing Manager and Corporate Recruiters. Responsibilities will include sourcing, screening and applicant statusing using iRecruiter for a variety of positions ranging from entry level to management. Work is done with direction from Recruiters and Staffing Manager with some level of independence. This job often involves handling sensitive and confidential matters. Assignment duration: 3 months Responsible for recruitment activities for specified open positions within the support functions of The Hershey Company • Work to place employment ads on career website, external websites and with association publications • Source passive candidates through web-based sourcing activities • Initial resume and phone screening • Sell The Hershey Company and the position to perspective candidates • Provide feedback to candidates on recruiting progress • Make recommendations to managers and recruiters regarding candidate selection • Continuous recruiting for positions defined by specified business units • Recruit for diverse talent needs as defined by Mgr EEO and Hiring Manager • Execute college specific recruitment plans in conjunction with HR managers and Hiring Managers • Ensure Applicant Tracking System status' are current and accurate • Interview scheduling and travel coordination. Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 1-3+ years recruiting experience It is preferred that this position be based in or near Hershey, PA.
