Contracts Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

As part of the Contracts Team, the Contracts Analyst will:Be responsible for the development of customer contracts to service assigned business channel. Develop, prepare, and negotiate contracts for assigned customer accounts. Examine contract conditions and provisions to ensure compliance with policies and performance requirements. Prepare amendments and internal communications for special provisions and implementation, as required.Serves as a liaison between Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Field Staff on contractual matters.Manage complete lifecycle of contractual relationships.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·  This opportunity is responsible for the coordination of work flow through-out the contracting process, as well as the completion of contract documentation as needed.

·  Negotiates initial and renewal customer contracts as required.

·  Develop and prepare contracts for assigned customer accounts in a timely and responsive manner.

·  Assists manager with contract training and participates in continuous improvement activities.

·  This position acts as the main contact for contracting questions from the Field via email and the phone.

·  Ensure a proactive approach to contracts and provides a high level of consistent, positive customer experiences.

·  Duties include routine reporting, ad hoc projects, file maintenance, information tracking and the preparation of correspondence.

Minimum Requirements and Education

 BA in business or related field3 years contract writing and negotiation5 years experience in supplier or healthcare industryStrong analytical and decision making skillsProven ability to develop and maintain solid relationships.Proficiency in contract & proposal writing.Strong PC skills~ MSWord, Excel, Access.Proven ability to deal effectively with a broad base of internal and external customers.Extremely organized, disciplined team player who strives for maximum output.Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks.Strong aptitude toward customer service.Strong negotiation skills.Ability to work efficient and effectively to meet required timelinesHighly effective and active communicator who has excellent verbal & written communication and works well with individuals at all levels.Strong acumen for detail
