We currently have a Coordinator (Sales Strategy & Channel Activation) role opened in our Corporate Sales department. This individual is responsible for the fulfillment of administration/ coordination needs of the Strategy and Channel Activation team (32 people).  In addition, incumbent will be responsible for the following: Coordinate with relevant Corporate functions to obtain business cards, car registration and insurance information, name plates, phone extensions, voicemail, computers, cell phones, expense forms and instructions, vacation information etc; for new employees. Plan off-site meetings (travel, agenda, hotel, meeting supplies & equipment, meals, transportation etc;.) Coordinate group travel arrangements through the corporate travel coordinator. Oversee invoices/expenses for the Strategy Team, monitor and track budgets and provide updates at team leader meetings Prepare presentation materials for major customer and internal (Management Team) meetings Total Planning and Execution of team and HUSA exhibits at major trade shows and events including NDC, Nightclub and Bar show Responsible for teaching new employees the Payment Net system Track, monitor and ensure completion of response to consumer complaints. Participate as a member of the National Distributors Conference  (NDC) planning committee Act as a communications liaison to the field sales organization, National Accounts and Distributors regarding meetings, general information etc;. Coordinate the central calendar/project log for the Strategy and Channel Activation Leadership team. Assist with Channel Marketing Projects

Qualified candidates must have the following: A minimum of 5-7 years administrative experience strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree and/or secretarial training strongly preferred Knowledge of: Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Lotus Notes required
