Corporate Sanitarian and Food Safety Specialist

Kings Super Markets, Inc. a unique speciality food market based in northern New Jersey, is seeking a Corporate Sanitarian Food Safety Specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience and progressively increasing responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:
BS Degree in the sciences or related field (i.e. public health)Five years within the retail food sectorThorough knowledge of United States Department of Health; New Jersey Department of Health; FDA; USDA; and various other food safety lawsLicensed sanitation inspectorKnowledge of food safety guidelines in the manufacturing sector
