Job Title:  Customer Service Representative

 

Job Purpose:Responsible for taking, processing and expediting orders with world class customer service.

Job Responsibilities: 

Process orders by phone, fax or online

Data Entry/computer keyboarding (Minimum 40 words per minute)

Telephone and customer service communication skills:

Incoming calls – Product and Service inquires

Outgoing calls – Customer Relations

Expedites orders and deliveries

 

 

Compensation/Benefits:

$12.75 to $13.75 per hour
