Customer Service Representative

Artisanal Premium Cheese is seeking applicants for the position of Customer Service Representative.  This job will entail administrative support, managing the Sales team (consisting of a Director of Sales and four sales professionals) as well as working closely with Artisanal’s customers (these include the finest restaurants and hotels as well as the general public who purchase from our website, catalogue and our new Manhattan Rickshaw service).  Five or more years of (NYC) Customer Service experience required.  Strong organizational skills are a must as well as the attention to detail needed to maintain daily calendar management for the sales team. The applicant must be a fast learner, as well as have excellent communication and customer relation skills.  Requires someone with considerable initiative and the willingness to work long hours for a great team.
