Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve $200.00 NSV for all pre call customers. The customer service rep is responsible for ensuring the customer is at $200 NSV drop or should try to sell them additional items to get them to the 200 NSV.

Sells additional items to customers via promotions throughout the year. This means utilize reports to see who is not ordering the promotional items and call to sell them.

Liaison to the various resources and aids the customer in trouble shooting their issues and getting them to the appropriate person.

Conduct customer surveys to ensure customer satisfaction. H.S. Diploma or equivalent 1 - 3 years customer service or service industry experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Computer skills, word-processing, data entry.An Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
