Every location offers an environment that values each of its employees! Job Description: The Customer Service Representative manages the order acquisition, order management and order resolution which includes: supply chain initiatives, and administrative processes of the order process. The position will manage customer orders from receipt to invoice. This position reports directly to the Manager of Customer Service who has responsibility for the team. The nature of this position is to deliver a highly focused customer service commitment based on timely and accurate communication and data interchange between the customer, field sales, logistics, operations, and finance. By having direct communication with the customer buyer, the customer service representative directly influences Ralcorp Frozen business relationships with our customers. The primary objective is to maintain a constant flow of information between all the above mentioned disciplines that result in a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Job duties include: Communicates with customer via phone, email, or Edi Receive and process orders. Maintains key relationships with assigned customers to better understand their needs and enable effective and cost efficient customer service plans and programs. Manage order fulfillment with the Supply Planning team. Track and trace orders from shipment to delivery as required. Provide the resolution internal and external issues. Act as interface point with manufacturing, logistics, operations, and sales management, as well as assigned customer(s). Focused on supply chain efficiencies, service levels, financial results, team productivity, sales support and customer support. Maintain customer and market expertise in order to effectively manage team account planning.PRINCIPAL CHALLENGES/COMPLEXITY: Problem resolution skills and the ability to handle stress well are needed in the day to day interaction with both internal and external customers. The ability to make decisions that will service both internal and external customers maintaining an understanding that will have a direct impact on Ralcorp Frozen profitability. Must be able to analyze old methods and suggest new ways to obtain the level of service desired by the customer. Must be able to influence the customers into the desired behavior set out by management.Job Qualifications: 1-4 years experience in customer service, sales or related function is required. A college degree in business, logistics or finance is preferred, however past experience in related duties would substitute. Strong communication skills with excellent inter-personal skills both in written and verbal usage. Must possess analytical skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to handle stress well. Proficient in PC skills.
