Peapod is an interactive, online grocery shopping/delivery service.  As our business continues to grow, we are seeking several enthusiastic full-time Customer Service Reps for our Call Center in Lake Zurich, IL.

Customer Service Reps
Full-time, 2nd shift (1:30-10:30pm approx)
Must work either a Saturday OR Sunday every week.
Earn $12-$14/hr.


Responsibilities and Skills needed:
• 1-2 years of previous Call Center experience
• Ability to answer numerous inbound telephone calls from customers in a national call center environment
• Ability to handle 50-100 customer inquiries and service issues a day
• Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Proven problem solving ability in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attendance and availability to work on weekends
• Flexibility in your work schedule based on call volume and trends
• Strong listening skills and be detailed oriented
• Upbeat, friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent data entry/typing skills
