DELI DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Job Purpose:To operate and maintain a clean and helpful environment in a retail Gourmet Food Store. Must be versatile and organized and capable of maintaining strict quality standards.Skills/Qualifications:Verbal Communication, Client Relationships, Energy Level, Dependability, Productivity, Customer Service, Attendance, Confidentiality, Emotional Control, Flexibility, Handles Pressure. Must be proficient in catering and customer service. A good knowledge of imported cheeses and delicacies would be helpful. Multi-lingual is a plus.Must have a minimum of 5 years experience.We are an eighty year old family-owned business looking for qualified, reliable and trustworthy people to better serve our patrons.
