The General Manager position is responsible for directing the general operations of 5-8 stores within a district.  Ensures compliance with applicable unit policies, budgets, standards and profit objectives.

The Store Manager position is responsible for directing the daily operations of a single retail store.  The Store Manager ensures compliance with standards for customer relation, cost controls, sanitation and merchandising.

The Assistant Store Manager position provides cross coverage with the store manager of a single retail store.  This position is a great way to begin your career within the food service industry.  If you have the desire to learn, we will provide the training and support needed to advance within Dunkin' Donuts.

The Field Training Manager position is responsible for the coordination of Management and hourly training, Serv-Safe Training as well as ensuring that our team is in full compliance with all corporately sponsored promotions and products.

Hourly employee positions include Sales Associates, Production Staff and Delivery Drivers.  We offer part and full time positions with flexible schedules.  We support seasonal workers, mothers hours, student hours and employees of all ages that have an interest in working.  We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate in any manner.
