Location: US-CA-LONG BEACH Status: Full Time Job Category: Food Services/Hospitality Reference Code: 54567 Job Description Responsible for patient menu selection and calculations, patient trayline, calorie counts, food-drug education, simple diet education, patient interview for food preferences and intake, and assist in nutrition assessment, implementation, and monitoring of nutrition therapy provided by the RD daily. Will also provide coverage for the diet office and department secretary positions. Participate in performance improvement indicators and mentoring of dietary students. Other duties as assigned.
