Dining Office Corrdinator

We are seeking a Dining Office Coordinator.  In this role, you will perform day-to-day monitoring services of a dining call center, managing of all dining office ordering, create reports as needed, handle facility billing and assist the Director of dining with various projects to ensure great customer service experience for all dining guests.

 

Position requires 1- 2 yrs administrative assistant/dining clerical or relevant experience.  Ideal candidates will have a customer service focus, team orientation and be reliable.  Position is a Monday through Friday position with some overtime possibilities.

 

Job duties will include Answer incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner Performing general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing faxing etc. Maintain and order office supplies Multi-task in a fast-paced environment Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative  Demonstrate strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint   Prepare letters, memos, meeting minutes Scheduling resident reservations and catering Handle sensitive/confidential information with a high level of discretion Filling and document management Coding vendor invoices Maintain and update electronic files Administer Point of Sale system, Payroll System Maintaining electronic filing system Change Menus as directed on the internal CCTV System
