Director of Food & Beverage Senior Living Organization

Local senior living organization is seeking a talented, experienced culinary professional to manage our food service department.

 

Responsibilities include:

* Oversee and manage the day to day food service operation of our facility.

* Hire, train, manage and motivate the Food Service Staff with a strong emphasis on the culinary staff.

* Manage the departmental budget.

 


We seek the following qualifications:

* Must possess strong communication skills, be able to multi-task.

* Experience in supervising staff and scheduling.

* This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a senior population. 

* Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality management, and computer proficiency required.

* Must have strong culinary skills and ability to train, manage, and develop culinary staff.
