Director of Human Resources
Kozy Shack Enterprises, Inc., a leading dairy dessert manufacturer seeks an experienced Director of Human Resources.
This Director will manage all aspects of human resources including compliance, retention, recruitment, employee development and succession planning, performance appraisals and exit interviews, legal updates to management on relevant employment law, performance management, progressive discipline and the investigation and resolution of employee issues and EEOC claims, training and leadership development activities; and updates of company policies and procedures.
Position requires a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, ten years of autonomous management of HR department for a company with 500+ employees, experience in maintaining a union free environment, along with a broad knowledge of employment law and regulations.
The ideal candidate has an MBA in HR Management or law degree and ten years of relevant experience. JD, PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
