We also help improve key components of change leadership, including leadership development, technology and process adoption, learning and development, culture, knowledge management and capability transfer, and communications.  The Organization & Change practice is looking for qualified Senior Consultants with experience in the area of Technology Adoption, focused on the people issues associated with technology implementations.  Technology Adoption encompasses the range of Human Capital services relevant to clients' large scale technology projects including executive alignment, communications, change readiness, and training - for project teams, super users, end users, and executives.   Senior Consultants must have a minimum of four years relevant experience in the following areas of ERP implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards) in a relevant industry or consulting team-oriented environment:   - Design and development of change management programs in full lifecycle implementation including audience analysis and change readiness assessment - Communication strategy, planning, and execution - Contributed to the strategic design and implementation of custom training solutions - Developed blended ERP learning solutions (web-based training, instructor-led training) - Working knowledge and experience of training development tools (AuthorIt, InfoPak, OnDemand, UPK)   In addition, Senior Consultants must have at least two years of experience leading project teams on relevant change management, communications and training engagements.   - Master's Degree/MBA highly preferred - Extensive travel (minimum of 75% on a weekly basis) to client locations is required About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
