We are an upper casual Italian Restaurant in Washington Pa. that has been in operation since 1939.  We have been owned and operated by three generations of the Passalacqua family.

We serve traditional and innovative regional Italian fare in a warm and casual atmosphere.

 

We have outgrown our 69 year old home of 3200 square feet with a very small kitchen and inadequate parking.  We are moving to 2109 North Franklin Drive in the Washington Square Development above Crown Center Mall.  Our new 5600 square foot facility will be 500 yards from

Consol Energy Field, the home of the Washington Wild Things.  The development boasts two medical centers, with a 65000 square foot outpatient surgery center coming soon.  Pony League world headquarters and museum, W and J athletic fields and two hotels are also on site.

 

The new location features a beautiful building with old world adornments,

a 2200 square foot kitchen with separate open line and prep/catering areas. 

The restaurant will feature a 110 seat main dining room in a room with a barrel vaulted ceiling

and three auxillary/private dining rooms that can accommodate 75 more guests. 

 An outdoor patio can serve 30, and the spacious and open lounge can seat 40 more.

 

 

We are looking for an Executive Chef to assist the Kitchen Manager in the daily

operations of the restaurant.  The executive Chef will have responsibility for cooking, prep, supevision, training, and overseeing line operations on a day to day basis.  The Chef will assist with

management duties.  The proven, experienced, professional  Executive Chef with great cooking skills , utilization skills and cost control skills will start at $40,000.00 with major medical benefits

 

Line cooks will work in an exciting environment and will be cross trained to run saute, grill, pasta

panini, fry and brick oven stations.  Salary will be based on experience
