The company was established in 1925, it currently operates 10 retail stores worldwide located in France, Italy, Spain, Japan and the United States. Management team in France is young, smart and ambitious; company is looking to expand in the United States.

Scope of work:

Implement global strategy at national level. Plan, develop, and organize all aspects of the company’s operations. Monitor and control performance.

 

Responsibilities include: Identify business development opportunities; secure funding sources; build and implement development plan. Increase brand awareness; design and execute marketing strategy. Oversee all aspects of internet and phone orders fulfillment facility. Budgeting, forecasting, inventory control. Recruit, hire, train and motivate a quality staff.

 

Experience required: Previous executive management experience in an international company environment. MBA desirable.

 

Qualifications: High level of energy, enthusiasm and ethics. Hands-on attitude. Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented. Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
