Engineer (Food Manufacturing Required)

Individuals will be responsible for the successful completion of capital process equipment projects as well as studies on specific areas of plant process. Must have demonstrated management ability, business orientation, and team building skills. Previous proven engineering project work within food processing company is a must Requirements: Technical Bachelor Degree is a must. Thorough knowledge of Industrial Food Processing Machinery and Industrial Electrical Additional responsibility includes working with current staff to develop, train, direct, implement procedures and utilize current resources. Equipment selection/modification, capital expenditure projects, coordination of outside vendors with construction of projects Experience in USDA plant is a must Minimum 5 years experience Experience in budget development and inventory management desirable
