Description:
Our Company currently has an opening for an Executive Assistant to our Chief Operating Officer and /or Executive Staff. As the Executive Assistant to the COO in a fully bilingual environment, the chosen candidate must have strong MS Office skills, be completely fluent in both the English and Spanish language, flexible and good at multi tasking. This position requires independent judgment and initiative and the ability to anticipate needs and accomplish tasks without direction.
Responsibilities:
Performing administrative and related duties that are broad, varied and often confidential. Receive and make calls for Executive StaffScheduling and coordinating complex meetings, preparing agendas and auxiliary materials as needed. Maintaining an organized and comprehensive filing system. Managing executive calendars, scheduling appointments and maintaining contact information up to date. Coordinating travel arrangements and travel itineraries Provide general administrative support and work on special projects as assignedData entry and creation of spreadsheets. Translate documents for storesOrder and purchase special supplies and equipmentCustomer service support
Requirements: Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word and Excel. Advanced knowledge of MS ExcelBi-lingual (English & Spanish) a MUST.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive AssistantResults and resolution oriented disposition. Comfortable interacting with senior executives as well as with all work force levels.Administrative retail experience, preferably in stores, marketing, or merchandising/planning a plus4 year college degree or equivalent a plus A high degree of attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and respond to ever-changing prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)Excellent organizational and administrative skills Ability to prioritize
