Executive Catering Chef

The Executive Catering Chef is part of a Catering team providing a large volume of service to the campus in a variety of locations. This position will coordinate all production to ensure excellent food quality, innovative menus, and safe food handling. This position will be responsible for menu creation and costing, purchasing, and scheduling. This position will also work with team members to accomplish special customer requests. Auxiliary Services Corporation of SUNY Cortland (ASC) has been providing dining, ancillary, and bookstore services to the campus since 1952. ASC has approximately $15 million dollars in sales annually from all divisions and employees 175 fulltime staff and 300 part-time students.



Requirements: Bachelor degree in Culinary Arts or a related field and three years of food service management experience or two year degree and six years of food service management level experience; catering experience preferred.
