General Manager
The General Manager is ultimately accountable for a Fazoli's Restaurant, supervising and developing a staff of 30+, and ensuring the success of a unit as measured by Guest satisfaction, Associate satisfaction and Stockholder value.

Assistant Manager
Assists the General Manager in effectively directing, leading, controlling and evaluating an assigned Fazoli's Restaurant in accordance with all established policies, procedures, standards, Company values, and applicable federal, state and local laws. Assumes leadership of, and accountability for, restaurant operations and results in the absence of the General Manager, and or, when functioning as the Manager on Duty.

Hourly Shift Managers
In the absence of a salaried manager, serves as Manager-on-Duty during pre-opening, non-peak revenue and post-closing periods and ensures standards of excellence relative to Guest service, product quality, sanitation and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
