And, simply, by being more than your typical human resources consulting practice.   Human Resources Transformation Our Human Capital professionals advise clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR service delivery model and operation of the HR function, ranging from process design to self-service applications and enabling technologies, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions. Human Resources Transformation Focus on delivering solutions to address underlying human resources issues that improve human resources business performance. Role: Conduct HR functional assessment and redesign; design and develop HR strategy and functional HR capability in an organization.  Create a vision for global HR service delivery mode, assist clients with defining business needs and the appropriate technology solutions, design and implementation of custom, technology enabled business solutions; perform cost-benefit analysis and develop business cases; work with clients to support HR transformation efforts on a day-to-day basis; provide advisory services for clients considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshoring alternatives. As a Human Capital Manager, you will be expected to lead the service delivery team. Responsibilities range from analyzing client's people-related issues and interviewing key personnel to developing recommendations and authoring presentations.  You will be part of a collaborative engagement team that provides our clients with solutions that are practical as well as visionary. In addition, you will have opportunities to participate in office, industry and service area activities ranging from community service and practice development to social events and training.
