Field Marketing

Rapidly growing beverage company with tremendous opportunities seeks a hard-working, resourceful hands-on manager who can act as an ambassador for the brand in the Philadelphia market.

 

We are looking for someone who can hire and lead a team in the market to execute promotional events and take advantage of guerilla sampling opportunities.  The ideal candidate is someone who is entrepreneurial, highly-organized, and understands our demographic.  This person will play a critical role in the marketing strategy for the company, so creativity is a plus!

 

This is a completely field position, there is no office!

 

Responsibilities:

· Hire and supervise a team to execute guerilla and event sampling opportunities in the Philadelphia market.

· Seek out local events and venues our consumers work and play.

· Coordinate with sales managers to most-effectively leverage marketing efforts.

· Submit recaps from each event, including pictures, and be able to tell a story with the progress being made in the region. 

· Use marketing opportunities to drive sales.

 

  Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in Business (or related field) required. 

· Experience managing a team required. 

· Must be able to work a Wednesday – Sunday schedule.

· Experience in marketing, especially sampling in the beverage and/or consumer products industry preferred.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts.

· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are essential.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Must excel in multi-tasking within a fast-paced organization.
