Position Description 

 

Ø      Maintains relationships with chain Store Field Personnel, Store Managers, etc.

 

Ø      Monitors our product mix, space management, product distribution and days of service in key accounts.

 

Ø      Compile and report competitive activity, products, advertising, and pricing.

 

Ø      Represent the Company to resolve customer complaints.

 

Ø      Formulate recommendations to enhance our market share and dollars per foot sales in key accounts.

 

Ø      Follow up on the execution and results of the programs sold to the key accounts.

 

Ø      Responsible for all re-sets taking place in his assigned region or others.

 

Ø      Assist and support all Field Account Managers and Key Account Managers with any display programs.

 

Ø      Assist and support all Field Permanent Displays [i.e.: tables, deli racks, bagel racks, Boboli racks, etc.]

 

Ø      Assist and support Sales Operations during Holiday weeks with relays, store pulls or other assignments.

Position Requirements 

 

Must have computer skills Excel is a + Have a valid driver’s license. Have a good driving record. Reliable and customer satisfaction oriented Able to work weekends and /or overtime. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Able to pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check. Must be self-motivated, results oriented, good comm. skills and problem solving abilities
