The Ardea Beverage Company is experiencing tremendous success and growth with its airforce® Nutrisoda® line of Nutrient Enhanced Sodas. Ardea is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of PepsiAmericas, Inc., the second largest anchor bottler and distributor of Pepsi and related products in the nation.

Ardea Beverage Company, the producers of airforce Nutrisoda, is seeking to fulfill the position of Field Sales Manager. The right candidate for this position would work closely with our DSD networks of distributors to promote our line of eight delicious nutrient-enhanced sodas that are zero sugar, zero sodium, zero caffeine(except Energize), zero aspartame and zero to very few calories. Candidates must be self-motivated, outgoing and willing to travel extensively within the market. Some out of state travel would be required as well. We are seeking dedicated individuals who want to get on board with a rapidly growing company that works hard, moves fast and has a lot of fun in the process.

We are seeking to fill a full-time salaried position as soon as possible for the Minneapolis/St. Paul region and the St. Cloud/Northeast Minnesota region.

Field Sales Manger Job Description

Responsibilities of this job would include but are not limited to:

- Actively promoting Nutrisoda at various sampling events

- Act as a liaison between Head Quarters and Distributor networks

- Working with our partners to grow awareness of this unique brand

- Interact directly with our network of distributors to drive day to day sales

- Assist with regional chain on sales calls and programming

- Manage day to day activity with-in a given distributor/ Point of Sale/ Equipment/ Sales information

- Distributor ride with to increase sales and existing accounts and open new accounts

- Travel to support other Field Marketing Managers during crew drives across the country

- Grass Roots marketing up and down the street

- Open new accounts to grow sales volume within the market

- Ability to work with multiple distributors

- Team player and outside of the box thinker is a must

- This position will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree

- at least 1 year of prior sales experience recommended, but not required

- have a clean driving record

- be willing to travel at least 50%

- be willing to work some weekends

- be self-motivated, outgoing and have successful time management skills

- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

- prior beverage industry experience is a plus
