WEATHER / ACTIVITIES: Its March and today (3/19) the weather forcast is an outstanding day in the upper 70's for central Texas.  Not withstanding the weather that is spectacular in March, house prices are reasonable compared to other parts of the country, RE taxes are very manageable, there's no state income taxes and there are many outdoor activities and city wide events you can do outside of work to do in the area, whether you're single or married. 

HOUSING: According to Global Mobility Solutions figures, the avg. 3 BR 1 1/2-2 bath housing cost for a 1,800 sq.ft.. home is $156,600 to $170,000 (99.43% of the US avg.) and a 4 BR housing cost for 2-2/12 bath 2,500 sq. ft. home would be approx. $212,800 to $226,800 (110.66 of the US average.  The average 2 BR rental would be approx. $775. 

GROWTH: While touring the facility, and meeting with the company executives, I learned about the outstanding growth the company is going through.  It was evident in that I saw construction and expansion everywhere.  New stainless equipment is being installed for many other types of product introductions as well.

SEEKING: That brings me to what kind of person we need. We need 'A Person With STRETCH'.  This means, if you bring the basic Food Science and Baking background we seek in cakes, batter, yeasts and related, and demonstrate a high level of communication with partners in and outside of the company, most likely, you will have an much better chance than what is typically offered at the big mega companies offer to grow with this smaller powerhouse.  The agility to bring product to market, work directly with the customer and provide new product development ideas is offered.

What I am Recruiting for: This is a retained search for two bakery food Scientist / Product developers.The first would be a Food Scientist and the second a Manager of Product Development to steer the department.
