SAGE is currently seeking talented and energetic food service managers for a large private school in Ft. Worth,  Texas.  The positions include a Food Service Director, an Assistant Food Service Director and a Catering Manager. The constituency served is over 1300.

FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR/ASSISTANT FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR
Specific job responsibilities:
-demonstrate exemplary customer service skills
-recruiting and continual training of the team
-creating menus with the culinary team for school community
-implementing and maintaining HACCP standards
-developing client and customer relationships
-communicating clearly, professionally and effectively
-deliver budgeted financial results
-impress clients with an outstanding catering program
-create a positive team environment
-ordering and inventory
-other duties as prescribed by the District Manager

Qualifications:
-at least 3 years of prior management experience, educational setting preferred but not required
-culinary acumen to lead kitchen production
-efficient recruiter
-knowledgeable in current food trends
-pro active mindset

-detail oriented
-energetic demeanor
-strong work ethic
-timely responses to communication
-proficiency with computers

Candidate should be as skilled in front of the house presentation and showmanship as he/she is in the kitchen.

CATERING MANAGER
Specific job responsibilities:
-meet with campus administrators on a regular basis to assess catering needs
-organize and execute the catering calendar
-generating ideas to interject fun and energy into catering events
-manage catering staff
-implement and follow SAGE standards
-other duties as prescribed by the Food Service Director

Qualifications:
-at least 3 years experience in catering management and event planning
-hands on catering experience (set up, implementation, clean up)
-knowledgeable in current food trends
