Job Description:

 

National Food Service Management Company is seeking a career minded, energetic culinary professional to supervise the kitchen of a Christian college in Campbellsville Kentucky. We are seeking an energetic individual with knowledge of fine dining presentation with a strong culinary background. Creativity, great client relations and attention to detail a must! Excellent opportunity for an experienced culinary professional, seeking a career with a fast growing company highly committed to customer service and quality food service. Daily hands on food production demanding culinary excellence. Actual food production experience essential.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Ÿ Oversee all aspects of food production for a large volume college food service program and all catered events.

 

Ÿ Serving resident students plus commuters, faculty and staff

 

Ÿ Attention to detail for upscale dining presentation.

 

Ÿ Aggressive summer conference schedule.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

College foodservice experience preferred, high volume food production experience essential.

Prior experience with a contract food service management company preferred
