Food and Beverage Supervisor

San Pablo Lytton Casino is currently seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor.

The right candidate for the position will posess the following qualities and be able to successfully perform the following duties:


Duties:

 Assist in all Food and Beverage areas from Fine Dining to Concession. Posess the ability to oversee, counsel, schedule several Team Members in a Union Enviornment. Possess the ability to work under pressure for lenghty periods of time. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Experienced POS user.  Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.


Skills/Qualifications:

Verbal Communication, Client Relationships, Energy Level, Dependability, Productivity, Customer Service, Attendance, Confidentiality, Emotional Control, Flexibility, Handles Pressure.
Must be able to pass a background check for the purpose of obtaining a gaming license.
Food and Beverage degrees, corses or applicable training is desired.

Work Enviornment:
Must be able to handle the concept of individuals, gambling, consuming alcoholic beverages in a smoking enviornment for long periods of time.
