La Boulange is known for its authentic French pastries, organic breads, desserts and organic coffee and espresso.  In addition, homemade soups, delicious sandwiches and salads round out our menu. 

 

We strive to make our French Bakery & Café a fun place to work, while first and foremost providing our customers with top notch service in a warm, friendly, energetic and neighborhood-oriented environment.  We also pride ourselves on using the highest quality ingredients, focusing on organic and natural products when possible.

 
There are a few more things that are required as a General Manager:

§ The ability to make high quality espresso drinks at a fast pace (the ability to learn is okay too!)

§ experience using a pos touch screen system

§ working Saturdays and Sundays (the occasional exception is expected)

§ the flexibility to work as early as 6am and as late as 8pm

§ a work week of approximately 50 hours per week

§ open availability during holidays, our busiest time of the year
