Front Desk Coordinator

 

JOB TITLE:  FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

 

JOB LOCATION:  SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH

 

MISSION: AMD is seeking a motivated Front Desk Coordinator for their international operations. AMD operates six water bottling facilities for the US Military in Iraq. AMD has offices in Salt Lake City, Utah, Kuwait, and Iraq and employs individuals from the US, Mexico, Australia, Romania, India, the Philippines, and Kuwait.

REPORTING TO:  Corporate HR Manager

 

RESPONSIBILTIES: Office duties include answering a multi-line phone system, file maintenance, supply orders, disbursement of mail & deliveries, office environment maintenance, support for accounting & HR. Applicant must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task. Our work environment focuses on the growth & well-being of a close-knit staff, in a relaxed yet professional environment.

 

KEY ACTIVITIES:

 

·  Open office daily

·  Answer phones, direct, and screen incoming calls in a professional manner

·  Order, call in, pick up and distribute lunch meals

·  Maintain a clean office (receptionist area, break room, re-stock refrigerator, etc.)

·  Order office supplies and keep storage cabinet clean and organized

·  Reconcile petty cash

·  Assist Human Resources department (Pre-employment processing for new overseas employees and administrative support)

·  Assist Accounting department (file AP invoices, scan documents and Purchase Orders)

·  Run office errands (post office, office supply store and shopping to replenish break room and office  supplies)

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

 

·  2 years relative office and phones experience

·  Exceptional phone skills

·  Reliable and dependable

·  Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes easily

·  Exceptional organizational skills

·  Enthusiastic, motivated, intelligent, friendly team player

·  Maintain a positive outgoing personality and is willing to take on additional duties and projects when asked

·  Personal car use for company errands (mileage will be reimbursed)
