 For over 25 years Fuddruckers is known for the "Worlds Greatest Hamburger", however, we are more than just 100% USDA beef gourmet burgers. We offer a full menu including: chicken, steaks, salads, fish, sandwiches, hand dipped shakes and specialty burgers such as veggie, turkey, buffalo and even ostrich.  Our fresh baked buns, breads and desserts are prepared daily in our on-site bakery.  Burgers and sandwiches are "topped off" by the customer at the produce bar filled with a variety of fresh vegetable toppings.  The atmosphere is fun for both adults and children and includes a full service cocktail bar (except Roxbury) and a video arcade game room in a large fast casual dining environment. We are NJ’s largest Franchisee; there over 225 Fuddruckers restaurants in the U.S.

 

Locations:  We are currently hiring various management positions for all of our locations which include Roxbury, Parsippany, Wayne and Bridgewater NJ.

 

Experience: Restaurant experience or a recent hospitality college grad is required.

 

Training/Responsibilities: The Fuddruckers training program is over a 6 week period in one of 3 NJ locations.   The General Managers are expected take initiative, lead and develop their team to ensure success. Responsibilities include: servicing guests, hiring, scheduling, training and motivating staff, achievement of operational standards and accountability for controlling costs.  The other manager positions are also expected to support the General Manager in building sales, completing reports, maintaining facilities and ensuring proper sanitation.

 

Hours: We offer reasonable hours with no late nights or early mornings. Our regular schedules are 50 hour/ 5 day work week, however you must be able to work weekends.

Salary Range (Before Bonus):

 Assistant Managers $28,000-$38,000, Kitchen Managers $35,000-$45,000,

Assistant General Managers $40,000-$50,000, General Managers $45,000-$55,000.
