General Manager 3 - Environmental Services / Custodial

Sodexo is currently seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial General Manager 3 to manage the day-to-day ES Operations of a multi-unit account. This account entails a main hospital, a physicians's office and an anciliary building all located on one main campus. There are 240 beds, 950,000 cleanable square feet and an ES/Custodial staff of 80 employees. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a General Manager in Environmental Services, thorough knowledge and experience with Sodexo systems (i.e. BedTracking, Trakkar, HUR, SRC), and will be CHESP certified. ~cb~ Position Summary: Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account. Basic Education Requirement: Associate's Degree Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 4 year(s) of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: 4 year(s) You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
