General Manager 3 - Multi-Service

Ideal candidate will have extensive General Management experience in an acute care / hospital / health care Environmental Services environment - experience in multiple departments helpful; solid understanding of regulatory guidelines; have well developed Interpersonal skills - ability to develop and maintain professional, positive working relationships with more than one client liaison, Board members, customers, employees, supervisors, vendors, all levels of the client and Sodexo organizations; Customer Focus - provide outstanding customer service to all customers and clients - both internal and external; the ability to train / mentor / motivate and develop staff.
