General Managers are paid a base rate plus a bonus. Base rate typically caps at 45k and is offered according to related job experience. The bonus program is a generous, unit performance driven incentive program with no cap on amounts. Job Requirements :Minimum of 2-3 years managing the overall operations of a retail store (related management exp may be considered). Retail experience is preferred. Proven customer service skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
Have an aggressive work ethic.
Ambition to grow with Teavana.
Ability to Multi-task.
