Growing and existing multi-unit Penn Station East coast Subs franchise is actively seeking a General Manager/partner to assume current and future positions in the company. The territory includes Raleigh, NC. One unit is already in existence, and two units are in development (one under construction and one lease signed).

 

Potential ownership for right candidate!!! 

 

Responsiblities include managing day to day operations of an existing or future unit. Utilize or develope skills in the areas of labor scheduling, productivity, team member training, World Class customer service, P and L Analysis, Local Store Marketing, cash management, budget projections, inventory control, physical facility management, recuiting/selection/retention, and safety/secuirty management.

 

Pay scales include base salaries and monthly profit sharing.

 

All general managers are required to have a signed working contract. No changes to salary or profit sharing may be done without amending the contract. This is extremely attractive for management people who have encountered employers "playing" with their bonus structure or salary month to month or year to year. This concept promotes and seeks individuals who are extremely out-going and full of energy, who have a sense of ownership. This concept promotes showmanship at all times in the unit, and requires individuals to have strong people skills, focused work ethic, and drive and desire to advance. To accurately portray the earning potential, the employer will present actual P/L statements paired with actual top and bottom GM income performance levels.

 

Total pay compensation is only limited by top line sales and controllable cost. A candidate interested in the concept must have in equal amounts of drive and determination to be an owner, and a love for serving people.
